Superb Workmanship

"CJ Roofing Services recently completed the replacement of the roof on our mid terraced house. Allan came to assess the work required and gave us lots of advice about what was required, including things like repointing the chimney replacing the guttering and taking the opportunity renew the insulation in the loft. We received the quote promptly and were very happy with the cost given the extent of the work required. Due to their excellent reputation they are extremely busy and as the work was not urgent we were happy to wait for several months until they could fit us in to their diary. The start date was agreed and we were informed that the work would take about a week to complete. During the following months Allan kept us informed about their schedule the asked if start date could be postponed for a few weeks due to the bad weather and we were happy to agree. The scaffolding was erected a few days before the start date and Allan's team arrived on the day agreed to begin work. Allan's team worked long hours and in some horrible weather in order to stay on schedule. They were all good humoured, friendly and conscientious and were happy to answer questions and give updates on progress. The roof was completed on time, on budget and we are delighted with the standard of workmanship. We also have a 10 year insurance backed guarantee which gives us peace of mind. Overall we were extremely impressed with CJ Roofing Services and would highly recommend them."

Bay window - full fibreglass replacement

"Mark and Lee did an amazing, professional job on my bay window rook. They arrived as planned, completed the work and tidied up after themselves. The roof ow looks very smart and it totally waterproof. I would highly recommend them. Alan organised the team to meet my diary, and the whole team was very friendly and polite. Excellent Job

"Allan and his team repaired a tear in the fiberglass on a flat roof, replaced some capping stones on brick walls, fitted a new gutter and downpipe to an outbuilding and cleaned the gutters round the house. They did a professional job to a high standard leaving everything clean and tidy when they left. They started the job on the agreed date and were courteous and friendly throughout. The quote was competitive and specified the work with photos so there could be no misunderstanding about what was covered. The invoice was as quoted. I would have no hesitation in using C J Roofing again."

Very professional company from start to finish

"Re-covered flat roof section of 150 year old building with fibre glass. Inevitably with a building this old it was not straightforward! However, the owner kept in close contact throughout, explaining fully problems when they arose and also coming up with workable solutions. his team were polite, courteous, and very hard working. The service was first class from start to finish, and I would have no hesitation in using them in the future."

What a team

"What a team, very polite, no foul language and leaves site in tidy condition, but most important quality of workmanship excellent. They have just finished covering my garage roof in fiberglass, the finished job far exceeds my expectations, attention to detail throughout. Flat Roof Repair

"We had our leaking flat roof replaced on the Tuesday before Christmas. It was quick tidy work. New boarding underneath, edges adjoining the tiled roof set to prevent rain either leaking or splashing under. All done in one day. I was shown phone pictures of the completed work before the workmen left. At the cost agreed and with a guarantee from the company. I am looking forward to seeing how the roof performs under extremes of heat and rainstorms. Polite friendly people, easy to contact via phone or email."

"CJ Roofing have replaced the pitched roof on our 4 bedroom property. We reviewed the internet for local roofers and chose CJ after meeting Allan a director who was very helpful and clear as to the work they would undertake. The price was very competitive. The work was undertaken when he said it would and completed on time. The staff were very friendly and the work completed to a high standard. They also ensured that at the end of each day they tidied up. I would certainly recommend the company."

"Work involved stripping away old roof covering, decking and balcony rail. New GRP roof together with new boarding was installed. During process advice was given as to ongoing process. All tradesmen were very polite and professional in their approach to the job. The end result was first class following their suggestions."

"Replacing old felt flat roof including boards with new then covering with fibreglass and making good,water tight The guys were very efficient clean and expressed any problems straight away so to rectify and discuss additional costs.The surface is now none slip and used as a yard —— AMAZING The price was very competitive with the size of the roof,would definitely recommend and use again. This is the 4th roof they have replaced for me I have always been delighted with work."

My Review

"They stripped the garage roof to the joists and replaced it with a G R P roof with a UPVC fascia and guttering. They worked quickly and efficiently and removed the rubbish and left everything tidy. They also treated some woodworm that they found. They were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Just had Allan and his workers replaced full felt flat roof with a GRP roof. What a fantastic set of lads? Service and quality the best I have seen and Allan gave me even further advice on other issues arising from poor prior workmanship. All work carried out to the highest standards and cleaned up afterwards. New GRP roof has made a vast difference in sound deadening in home and heat retention. Cannot recommend CJ roofing enough! Will be using Allan shortly for a full house roof replacement. All the very best to this superb firm."

"Allan and his team recently replaced the tiles on our roof and made such an excellent job. The work was carried out to a high standard and in good time with the team working at weekend and putting in long days to ensure the roof was secure at all times. The price for the work was reasonable and by far the best quote we've received. The team ensured the work area was tidy and safe. All-in-all a very professional business committed to delivering a good service. Couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend! So glad I found this company!"

The workmen are very professional and take pride in their work. They tidy up after every visit and despite many of my visitors to my property there were never any reports of any swearing which is very good. If you've got kids or neighbours close by. "My new GRP roof replaces a worn out flat felt roof which had stared to rain in. At an affordable price, the team has done an excellent job. All debris was taken away as they worked. All the old insulation was taken out and replaced. As this is a second storey extension photographs were taken so I could see all the work being carried out from start to finish. I always wondered what it looked like up there, and it now looks so good my daughter thinks we should turn it into a balcony. I would highly recommend this small team of professional roofers to anyone"
